Made to order
Every TAMU piece is made to order in Indonesia. Production lead times depend on the piece, quantity and specification, and will be confirmed in writing with your quote or order confirmation.

Worldwide shipping
We ship worldwide. Because orders vary in size, weight and destination, shipping is quoted individually for each order. Your quote will set out the shipping method, estimated transit time and cost.

Duties and taxes
Any import duties, taxes or customs charges that apply in your country will be discussed and confirmed at quote stage.

Delivery and inspection
Please inspect your order on delivery and contact us immediately if anything is damaged, defective or not as ordered. See our Refund Policy for details.
